Surgery Opening Hours

The surgery telephone lines are open throughout our normal working hours of 8.00 am - 6:30 pm Monday to Friday.

We are closed on weekends and Bank Holidays.

The surgery doors are open from 08.00 am to 6.30 pm. Appointments are for 10 minutes and are available during the hours listed below. To see a doctor or nurse, please telephone us or come into the surgery to book an appointment.

Morning pre-booked	9.00 am - 9.30am
Morning released same day	9.40 am - 12.00 am
Evenings released same day	4.00 pm - 5.20 pm
Evenings Pre-booked	5.30 pm - 6.00 pm

The dispensary opening hours are Mon-Fri 9am to 1pm and 2pm to 6pm. If you need to obtain medicines urgently please speak to one of our dispensers.

Extended hours. The surgery is taking part in the national initiative to offer consultations outside of our usual hours. These appointments are available between 6.30 pm to 8.00 pm Mondays and Tuesdays and 7:00am to 8.50am Tuesday and Wednesday. They must be pre-booked with a GP or nurse, and the normal surgery services will not be available during these times. Please contact reception for further details or to arrange an appointment.

Out-Of-Hours Provider
The practice is a member of West Essex Primary Care Trust who are responsible for commissioning the out-of-hours service. To access this facility patients should dial the usual surgery number and you will be transferred directly to the out-of-hours service.

Disabled Access
Wheelchair access to the building is through the main door into the waiting room. Should a patient with a disability require access to a WC, please ask at reception for assistance.
