Patient Forum
We have a Patient Forum Group and they meet here at the surgery in the evening on a bi-monthly basis. The aim of the group is to ensure that patients get the most from their surgery. Should you wish to find out more about the group please email the following: ongarpatientforum@gmail.com
Freedom Of Information – Publication Scheme
The Freedom of Information Act 2000 obliges the practice to produce a Publication Scheme. A Publication Scheme is a guide to the ‘classes’ of information the practice intends to routinely make available.
This scheme is available from reception.
